Study #60724 – STUDY IS CURRENTLY FULL
This clinical research study will be assessing an investigational drug used to treat certain inflammatory bowel diseases (i.e. ulcerative colitis) when administered via an auto-injector or syringe.

Between 18 and 55 years of age
In general, good health
Non-Nicotine user for at least 3 months
Must weigh between 110.2 and 220.5 lbs.
BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18 and 32 kg/m2

You can also visit the Screening and Recruitment Center located at 2025 W. Sunshine Street, L-109. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Your physical screening will take place at the QPS Missouri Screening and Recruitment Center, located at 2025 West Sunshine Street, Suite L-109 in Springfield, Missouri.
Make sure to show up at your appointment time! If you are late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled depending on volume and availability.
Please remember, your screening appointment may to take up to 3-4 hours.
Requirements are as follows:
- Avoid donation of blood or plasma.
- Fast 8 hours prior to arrival (drink plenty of water during this time).
- You must provide your photo ID (You will not be able to screen without this!)
- Drink plenty of water the day before your Screening
- Alcohol should be avoided for 48 hours prior to Screening to avoid exclusion for a positive alcohol test.
Possible Procedures for screening (other than paperwork):
- DRUG SCREEN. IF YOU HAVE ANY REASON TO NOT PASS DUE TO ILLEGAL USE OF ANY DRUGS, PLEASE LET US KNOW!
- Vital Signs
- Height, weight and BMI
- Routine physical exam
- Lab work
- ECG
Contraception Information:
- A Participant of Child Bearing Potential (POCBP) is eligible to participate if using an acceptable contraceptive method, or penile-vaginal intercourse abstinence, as their preferred and usual lifestyle during the intervention period and for at least 95 days after the last dose of study intervention.
- Highly Effective Contraceptive Methods That Have Low User Dependency
- Progestogen-only contraceptive implant
- IUS (is a progestin releasing IUD)
- Nonhormonal IUD
- Bilateral tubal occlusion (Tubal occlusion includes tubal ligation)
- Azoospermic partner
- Highly Effective Contraceptive Methods That Are User Dependent
- Combined (estrogen- and progestogen-containing) hormonal contraception
- Oral
- Intravaginal
- Transdermal
- Injectable
- Progestogen-only hormonal contraception
- Oral
- Injectable
- Combined (estrogen- and progestogen-containing) hormonal contraception
- Sexual Abstinence
- Participants of Nonchildbearing Potential (PONCBP)
- Premenopausal with 1 of the following:
- Documented hysterectomy
- Documented bilateral salpingectomy
- Documented bilateral oophorectomy
- Premenopausal with 1 of the following:
- Highly Effective Contraceptive Methods That Have Low User Dependency
