This study will be evaluating the absorption and metabolic rate of an investigational versus an already marketed corticosteroid. This drug will be administered via intramuscular injection in the thigh.

Females must use a highly effective double barrier method of contraception for at least 30 days prior to screening and for 90 days after the last study drug. Methods include; oral, vasectomized partner, Non-childbearing potential must be post-menopausal, OR be surgically sterile (documented hysterectomy, bilateral tubal ligation, bilateral salpingectomy or bilateral oophorectomy.)
