Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18-55, non-tobacco users for 3 months. . Females must agree to use a highly effective contraception with lower dependency during the study and for at least 3 months before the first dose and agree to use the same method for at least 1 month after dose, such as IUD (with or without hormone), depo or implant or be surgically sterile via bilateral insertion of Essure (6 months prior), bilateral tubal ligation, hysterectomy and/or bilateral oophorectomy or be postmenopausal for at least 1 year. BMI (Body Mass Index) must be between 18-30.
What: This clinical research trial will be testing the effects of an investigational medication used to treat Cushing's Syndrome under fasting conditions.
When: This study will consist of 4, 6 day stays.. Study dates are as follows:
