Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18-45, Non tobacco users for at least 2 years. Women must use an acceptable method of birth control such as double barrier (male or female condom with diaphragm, sponge or cervical cap with spermicide); sexual abstinence; vasectomized partner; non-hormonal IUD (Paragard); surgical sterilization by documented hysterectomy and/or bilateral oophorectomy or bilateral salpingectomy or be postmenopausal for at least 1 year. BMI (Body Mass Index) must be between 18-30.
What: This research study will be testing the interaction of an investigational migraine prevention medication along with an approved over the counter migraine medication, under fasting conditions. Contact the Recruiting Office to schedule a screening!
When: This study will consist 5 weekend stays and 6 outpatient visits . Study dates are as follows:
