HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Follow the simple 4-step process below to participate in a clinical research trial at QPS

Apply
In order to sign up to participate in a clinical research study, you must have a participant application form completed and on file with us. If you’re interested in participating in future studies, take a few moments to complete and submit this form now.
If you’ve previously completed an application and would like to update your information or check your application status, please call a Recruiting Coordinator at 417-831-2048.

To find a clinical research study at QPS, view our upcoming studies. When you see a study that interests you and for which you may qualify, call us at (417) 831-2048 to have one of our Recruiting Coordinators assist you in completing a pre-screening assessment. Please call us during business hours.

Get Paid
You will be compensated for your time while participating in our studies. Stipends are typically paid five working days after the completion of the study. Your payment is loaded onto a prepaid debit card. Taxes are not taken out. If you earn $600 or more in a year, QPS will send you an IRS form 1099 at the end of the year. Since these are not “earned wages,” and you are not employed by us, they are only subject to state and federal taxes.
