o Women of NON childbearing potential
– Hysterectomy
– Bilateral Salpingectomy
– Bilateral Oophorectomy
– Post-menopausal female defined as 12 months of amenorrhea over the age of 45
o Women of Childbearing potential (and males sexually active with WOCBP) must be using a method of contraception that is highly effective (failure rate of <1% per year) during the intervention period and for at least 120 days after the last dose, and agrees not to donate eggs for the purpose of reproduction for the same period. – Combined estrogen and progestogen hormonal contraception for at least 30 days prior to dose • Oral • Intravaginal • Transdermal – Progestogen only hormonal contraception for at least 30 days prior to dose • Oral • Injectable – Implantable progestogen only – IUD – IUS – Vasectomized partner o Abstinence – continuous and must have begun at least 30 days prior to dose
