Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18-60, Non-smoker for at least 3 months. Females must be 2 methods of birth control, one being surgically sterile via tubal ligation or Essure, vasectomized partner, non-hormonal IUD and the 2nd being male/female condoms, sponge/cervical cap/diaphragm with spermicide, or must have had a hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy, bilateral oophorectomy or be postmenopausal over the age of 45, for at least 1 year. BMI (Body Mass Index) must be between 18 - 32.
What: This clinical research study will be evaluating absorption and metabolic rate of an investigational medication used to treat tumors in different dose ranges, under fasting conditions.
When: This study will consist of a 29 day stay. Study dates are as follows:
