Participant Requirements: Women, ages 18-35, non-nicotine users for 60 days.. Females must be willing to practice abstinence or use adequate contraception from 7 days before dosing until 30 days post final patch removal, such as barrier methods containing or used with spermicidal agent (e.g., diaphragm with spermicide or condom with spermicide), surgical sterilization (e.g. bilateral oophorectomy for at least 6 months or total hysterectomy for at least 3 months) or bilateral tubal ligation at least 6 months prior. Females who have previously used hormonal contraception or subjects that are able to use hormonal contraception without issues. BMI (Body Mass Index) must be between less than 30.
What: This will be a clinical research study to assess the skin irritation and sensitization of an investigational birth control patch vs a marketed patch. The patch will be placed on upper back.
When: This study will consist of 9 outpatient visits and a telephone call. . Study dates are as follows:
